1) How should I store and clean jewelry?
Our jewelry is meant for regular everyday use. In order to ensure that your treasured pieces look as new as ever, it is advised to store and clean them properly.
- Use a Dry, Cool Place: Store the jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight, and extreme humidity and temperatures, which can weaken even waterproof coatings over time.
- Gentle Soap Solution: For regular cleaning, prepare a mild soap solution with warm water and a few drops of gentle liquid soap. Dip a soft cloth into the solution, wipe the jewelry gently, and dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, or scrubbing tools as these can scratch or dull the waterproof and anti-tarnish coatings.
- Polishing Cloth: Use a soft, lint-free polishing cloth for a quick shine. Avoid excessive rubbing, which can wear down the coating.
- Store Separately: Keep each piece in a separate, soft pouch or compartment. This prevents scratches and tangling.
2) Can I wear this in the pool, gym etc.?
Yes, our jewelry is waterproof and specifically designed for active wear so you don't have to hold yourself back from doing all the fun activities you enjoy.
3) Is your brand sustainable?
All our jewelry is made of high quality 304 and 316 stainless steel which is highly recyclable. Most of our packaging is made of 100% recycled material. We minimize the use of plastic as much as possible and take great measures to reduce our overall carbon footprint.
4) What is the warranty period?
We offer a 1-year, no questions asked warranty on all our jewelry however the shipment costs for return have to be borne by the customer.
5) What happens after I placed my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we carefully prepare your package and drop it within 24 hours at the shipping agency, from where it starts its journey to you.

7) Do I need to pay custom duties and taxes on my purchase?
No, you do not need to pay any additional duties or taxes on your purchase as they are included in the product price.
8) How long do I need to wait for my package?
Your shipment will be sent with a tracking ID which you can use to track your package. From our experience, most deliveries in the EU zone are received by the customer within 15 days from shipment.
9) What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
We take care utmost care to ensure that the packages reach you in the best condition, but in the rare event of a damage just send us a picture of the damaged item on disputes@mycelosia.com and we will refund you the full price paid for the item.
10) When do I receive the refund?
All refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the receipt of the complaint or the returned package (in case of returns).
