Shipping Information

Shipping times may vary during busy periods. We offer tracked delivery for all orders, shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order placement. 

 

Late or Lost Orders

Ensure you always provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. CELOSIA bears no responsibility for missing parcels sent to incorrect addresses or if delivery is requested with a neighbour or placed in an outbuilding.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee from the delivery date. Customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns are your responsibility. Use tracked shipping or obtain proof of postage, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns. Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.

 

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

Please review our Return Policy and follow the provided instructions. To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn (except for trying on).
  • Include all tags and packaging.
  • Items not meeting these requirements are not eligible.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after they are received and processed at the warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of delivery for refunds to be issued. You will receive a notification once the refund is completed. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Additional Costs

Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges (import duty or tax) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage to ensure successful returns, as we cannot refund lost returns.

 

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item, please contact support@mycelosia.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • Description of the damaged item.
  • Photographic evidence. 

 

Customs and Tax Information

Within the EU, there are no customs duties and import taxes. Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional fees, and it is the recipient's responsibility to cover these costs. Relevant information can be obtained from the customs authorities of your country. If you choose to refuse the package, fees will still apply. In the case of a return, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
